Demon Dayz Festival LA
Following the fantastic sell-out success on England’s southeast coast, Demon Dayz Festival LA saw Gorillaz head over to Pico Rivera, California, for the penultimate performance of The Now Now Tour in October 2018.
Eleven worked alongside the band in bringing together a variety of incredible talent, including Erykah Badu, The Internet, Tony Allen, and Little Simz, for a day-long celebration of music!
Whilst fans were welcomed in by a Mexican mariachi band, giant Día de los Muertos puppets of 2-D, Murdoc, Niccals, Noodle, and Russel Hobbs paraded amongst the crowds and joined in with the party.
Gorillaz continued to treat fans with an exciting headlining set, performing tracks from 2017’s “Humanz” and 2018’s “The Now Now”, as well as a surprise guest appearance from Graham Coxon to perform Blur’s ‘Song 2’ alongside Damon.
As well as three stages and an unmissable line-up, Demon Dayz Festival LA was host to various other attractions including local food, a flea market, a tattoo trailer, and lucha libre wrestling!
